Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant to Equity Advisors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Equity Advisors, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication and Relationship Management:

- Foster positive and professional relationships with clients through effective communication.

- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach in client interactions.

2. Data Management and Analysis:

- Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze client data.

- Regularly update and verify client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and address data discrepancies.

3. Client Engagement:

- Coordinate and send personalized invitations to clients for corporate meetings and events.

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating client-related activities to enhance engagement.

Proactive Approach and Team Collaboration:

- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
