We have an urgent opening for Asst Store Manager/ Manager Store with a leading luxury client in Mumbai

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Andheri East (T2 International Airport)

Should have a valid passport.

Responsibility:

Handle Front Office & take care of Walk in customers, building relationship and CRM activities with customers and architects and also respond to customer queries

Oversee store operations, including, but not limited to maintaining stock levels and store cleanliness

Responsible for all aspects of daily store operation. Assisted customers at a level meeting or exceeding company standards.

Presented and recommended products based on information gained from qualifying questions.

Used company's computerized inventory system to remain aware of current stock levels to aid in scheduling of deliveries.

Rearranged merchandise on showroom floor as necessary to display new products.

Completed and filed all daily and monthly paperwork necessary for store operations.

Regularly participated in additional training to acquire knowledge about new products.

Delegated work responsibilities to sales staff and ensured all staff was performing their duties to meet or exceed company standards.
