Position : Assistant Sales Manager

Location : Bangalore & Chennai

Industry- FMCG/Garments Only

Education- Full time MBA.from good Institutes

Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, local language is must.

Reporting to : Board of Directors

Desired Candidate Profile: Total post qualification experience of 2-3 years with relevant experience in handling Dealer Distribution network.

Job Profile:

- The position has overall responsibility for increasing sales, profitability and market share for a defined state(s).

- The incumbent will lead the business development efforts in the branch through the sales team in alignment with the sales policy of the organization and should be able to make projections in terms of cost benefit Analysis.

- Enhancing distribution channels, Trade relationships, Depot Management.

- Ensure adequate service to the trade partners and the administration of the branch in all sales aspects.

- Will assess the market size & share, sales potential and create effective channels of distribution to meet short term and long-term goals for both large town and upcountry markets.
