Must have 1+ years of experience in the water purification industry, with a focus on serving B2B clients.

Position Overview:

- We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) & SALES EXECUTIVE, The ASM will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the designated territory.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the water purification industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and address customer needs effectively.

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 1+years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in the water purification industry or related field is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.

- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally for client meetings and industry events.
