Position:Astt Retail Manager- Pune

Person Specs:

Educational Qualifications: Should be a Graduate & an MBA graduate

Experience –5-12yr of Exp.

CTC:8-11 Lacs p.a.

Should be from Apparel Background and exposure of EBO`s and MBO`s .It would be additional advantage if have got trade experience also. Responsible for entire Maharashtra except Mumbai.The position is above area manager but below regional manager.Responsible for shop in shop and key accounts also.

Scope:

- Human Resources, specifically: recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance management of the staff

- Business operations, including managing profit and loss, loss prevention (also called shrink)

- Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns

- Team Development, facilitating staff learning and development

- Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances

- Maintaining and increasing sales

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

- Recruiting and training sales staff

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analysing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior managers
