JD - Assistant Relationship Manager
Customer Origination:
- Understanding client requirements, financial documents and other necessary data for due diligence and analysis.
- Offering appropriate products as per customer needs and providing customer centric credit solutions by product structuring and suitability.
- Prepare and obtain credit pre-clearances, preparing credit analysis reports and applications for credit approval.
- Analyzing data from annual reports, projections etc. and sensitizing financial models, stress test, sensitivity analysis.
- Research and assimilation of market/sector information relating to the customer and its industry.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Compliance with all internal credit policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements etc.
- Coordinate and prepare for credit meetings.
- Liaise with ICBC HO/other stakeholders for credit limit approval/allocation.
- Post sanction monitoring
- Monitor quality of the portfolio by tracking Excess/ past dues, or unpaid due, strictly complying with processes in default cases.
- Ensure timely submission of quality quarterly credit/ performance reports.
- Review reports from various tools - like fraud risk analytics, credit analytics, etc.
- Monitor risk triggers, covenants and other credit conditions and report appropriately.
- Ensure zero over dues.
- Liaise with Credit on credit assessment and other credit issues and ensure quick turnaround on queries.
- Proper maintenance of customer files and ensuring audit ready at any time.
- Attend portfolio calls along with the RMs.
- In partnership with the relationship manager, ensure timely identification of accounts to be put in close watch situation as per the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Work with RM on account management with stressed asset.
- Embed usage of credit risk analytics and credit analytics framework.
- Ensure portfolio is maintained with high quality both from credit risk and hygiene perspective.
- Ensure fast turn around on deals and no slippages / impairments.
Others:
- Prepare timely Stress Tests wherever required.
- Prepare specific industry study.
- Prepare credit opinion reports wherever required.
- Be prepared to do any other activity which might be required from job perspective.
- Present portfolio analysis and reports.
- Present case studies and training with respect to credit processes.
Requirement:
Education: Chartered Accountant/ MBA -Finance preferred
- Minimum Experience of 5 years in Credit.
- Both oral and written in a clear and concise manner as job involves proposal writing and presenting to various stakeholders.
- Good knowledge in macro economics as well as of different sectors/industries.
- Familiar with local lending regulation (both on Rupee and Foreign currency).
- Hands-on experience in handling Rupee and Foreign Currency transaction a must.
- Prior experience in handling corporate finance/project finance/ advisory roles would be preferred.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred..
