In-depth knowledge of markets, education industry, competitive environment and buying behaviours of target segment
- Experience working in the education sector and is wellversed with behaviour of channels such as MTAP, TILs, TACs, Alliance Partners and colleges
- Awareness of basic functionalities of the product offerings and ability to clearly communicate the needed information to partners and the target segment
- Understands the partner ecosystem and has the capability to strategize and execute business plans successfully
- Strong business acumen, ability to run business operations seamlessly and can add value to partner's business
- Ability to effectively operate tools in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What will you be doing?
- Represent the Tally product wrt Certification offerings in internal and external forums, workshops, seminars and events with complete understanding of the upcoming trends in the education and certification business domain
- Identification of strategic alliances through universities and college tie-ups
- Create robust strategies to drive consistent growth through channel management
- Identify and influence new potential channels which could have sustained organizational impact
- Build and execute the event strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizational strategy
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of multiformat events for diverse set of audiences
- Create analytical and insightful reports for HO to gauge the current market
