Assistant Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives
Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities (70% time) :
- Formulate, organize and monitor projects
- Support GSS wide projects and other Leaders in executing Service Excellence Strategy
- Coordinate project activities
- Develop project plan and objectives per requirement & ensuring feasibility for projects
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the project timeline
- Report and escalate project issues to management as needed
- Establish and manage the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders
- Quality, risk, and scheduling management including planning, base lining, and regular reporting
- Integration management including analysis, design, prototyping, optimization and Dashboard management
- Prepare and present relevant reports to management
- Prepare and maintain project charter
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Other responsibilities (30% time) :
- Identify, initiate, & implement process improvement ideas.
- Leverage Continuous Improvement tools or mindset to identify recurring issues & work towards Institutional Solution
