As the Assistant Project Manager - MEP, you will be in charge of overseeing all MEP works in construction for PG Accommodation on Residential buildings
What you will do:
- Ensuring the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
- Ensuring that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.
- Verifying the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultants design and existing local authority standard.
- Reviewing consultants design and specification.
- Completing responsibility to decide on a day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates
- Coordinating with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
- Liaising with local authorities for the approval of MEP services drawings and service connection.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
- Over 7 years experience with MEP background is must for this role.
- Candidate should have atleast 7 years of exp. as MEP Engineer on building, hotels or hospitality projects.
- Sound knowledge in all phases of project execution, conceptual design and feasibility study, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and plant handover
- Possess leadership qualities to lead the entire MEP project team
