Job Responsibilities :

- The Process & Technology expert for Supply and Material Requirements planning is primarily focused on translating agreed business requirements into process and system solutions,

This includes :

- Documenting and validating business requirements.

- Planning and executing user acceptance testing and training operational users via the Key User Network organization.

- All supporting requirements to be documented and made available (e.g. training materials)

- Documenting and validating data, integration, and reporting requirements.

- This role is active at all stages of the project i.e. ideas, feasibility, design, build, test and deploy phases of a project.

- In the Business As Usual environment, the expert will support the operational business, based on their needs and channeled through the Key User Network, in those areas where improvements and changes are required.

- The scope of the role covers production and distribution planning, co-packing, re-packing, SNP, raw and packaging materials planning, scheduling and inventory management, as well as the integration aspects and handshakes to other functional areas like manufacturing, procurement and delivery.

Key accountabilities :

In general the Process & Technology Expert is responsible for :

- Supporting and contributing to the initiatives driven by management

- Deliver system solutions based on agreed process change, closely working together with other teams like IT and 3rd party suppliers.

- Ensure global alignment on all solutions provided and deployed.

- Deliver - World Class- training materials and other supporting materials.

- Ensure continuous up to date availability of our Global Process Model documentation.

- Deliver training to the user community through Key User Network.

- Identify areas for improvement and risk in the processes and systems deployed.

Experience and qualifications required :

Experience :

- Essential - Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) knowledge and experience

- Preferable more than 2 year's relevant experience in operational roles in Supply Planning

- More than 3 years of SAP APO / ECC (MRP) system experience and in-depth knowledge

- Global / regional experience

- Supply Chain Planning Organizational Awareness

- Change Management capabilities

- APICS qualifications

- Project Management

- Contractors, consultancies and other 3rd Parties supporting projects and programs

- IT suppliers such as SAP

- Supply Planning functions Global and cluster level
