Assistant Plant Manager - Manufacturing

Reporting into the Plant head - you will be responsible for:

- Preparing Budget and tracking of key indicators of Ops performance and providing appropriate MIS and ensure that Ops head is able to prioritise areas to intervene where deviations are being seen

- Identifying, tracking and regular reporting of Strategic initiatives to President and also supporting in identification of additional projects that need to be undertaken by operations and in driving key operations priorities like OEE, production plan adherence, cost reduction through teams within operations

- Reviewing business cases as part of the NFA process; summarize action points, Identifying recurrent issues in business case quality and put in place corrective mechanism and also providing analytics support, coach teams to create business cases.

- Supporting teams to ensure timely update to defined MIS reports - MCM (management committee meeting), ATR (Action taken report), MD reviews and advising management on key decisions through analysis, discussions with stakeholders.

- Managing internal / consulting data requests / inputs.

- Reviewing and Analysing of NFAs / Capex's before approval

- Coordinating effectively with the Unit Heads/Peers on various Initiatives in Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE/MBA with 3-5 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry

2. You should have experience of interacting with senior management and should have strong oral and written communication.

3. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills and interpersonal skills.

4. You should have strong analytical abilities and should be comfortable to work in a cross-functional environment
