Job Description:
- Rehire and hire LDE s in Workday.
- Add/ create intake forms for existing Job Orders.
- Update LDE placements and status.
- Work with recruiters and HR to procure all onboarding documentation.
- Process Assignment Ends.
- Ensure Bullhorn remains up to date and accurate.
- Update Job Order and LDE/FTE skill coding information in Bullhorn.
- Add resumes for payrolls.
- Transfer applicable information from Workday to payroll software.
- Enter Combined Tracker information into payroll process.
- Various other ad hoc Bullhorn and Workday tasks.
- Complete the monthly bar check report.
- Assist with the mass hire.
- Compile data points for various reports.
- Handle IT ad hoc tasks such as password resets and login assistance etc.
- Aid in various ad hoc non billable Service Delivery tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a helpful demeanour when interacting with candidates, employees, and clients.
- Willingness to jump in and assist the team with all projects, in a timely and professional manner.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong comfort level with computers and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- The ability to work 40 hours per week, and the flexibility to occasionally come in early or stay late as needed/authorized.
- Advanced Excel and or Power BI skills.
- Customer service experience.
