Job Description :
- Departmental Performance : To ensure smooth functioning of department through patient/family counselling and communication Consistently conducting documented communication for patient/family medical counselling in all required cases.
- Rostering and Manning : Ensure adequate manpower distribution To ensure adequate distribution of manpower across all specialties and preparing rosters in coordination with residents and consultants
- Process Improvement Initiative in the field of process and protocol for continuous quality improvement. To take new initiative for improving the processes and protocol of department for betterment of organization in consideration of cost and expenditure.
- MIS reporting Assist the Supervisor in the preparation and release of Monthly/Daily report to Unit Head Submission of all reports on time as per timelines.
- Residents Committee Student/Residents Committee Meeting Monitoring students who withdraw from courses and improve processes to increase retention;
- Monitoring registrations to ensure accuracy in academic and guide residents for academic formalities in residents committee meetings
- Medical Operations : Assist supervisor in smooth functioning of medical operations. To carry out all activities for smooth functioning of medical operations as and when required.
- Discharge Process To ensure smooth discharge process To ensure that discharge process is smooth, TAT s are maintained and complain is received.
- Risk Assessment To ensure assessment of all potential Risk cases To publish daily updated RAL sheet
