Assistant Medical Director/Deputy Medical Director - Hospitals

Broad Role:

1. Overall responsibility for the functioning of OPDs, Executive Health Check-up, and Diagnostic Services including Laboratory and Radiology services ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medical services as per Company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the medical services and outcomes OPDs, Executive Health Check-up, and Diagnostic Services including Laboratory and Radiology services.

2. Supervise day to day administration and operations of the assigned medical services.

3. Plan and oversee allotment of OPD slots and consulting rooms to Visiting and Full Time consultants ensuring highest utilisation ratio. Maintain the refer rota.

4. Interface and liaise with cross functional teams including medical, operations and support for smooth functioning of inter-related services to patients.

5. Attend to / address any patient grievance as per escalation matrix. Drive highest level of patient satisfaction through seamless and efficient patient care.

6. Regularly interact with the Consultants to seek feedback on the quality of services and resolution of any issues. Seek and implement ideas for improvising services

7. Conduct regular audits of all processes to gauge efficiency of medical services.

8. Monitor clinical indicators to ensure NABH standards are complied with. Take appropriate actions / Implement measures to achieve best outcomes.

9. Lead and drive quality and accreditation initiatives / programs with respect to the medical services

10. Support marketing team in implementing any promotional activities / clinics / camps related to medical services.

11. Present and publish periodic reports for the purpose of management decisions.
