Assistant Marketing Automation Traffic Manager

Overview: We need of an Assistant Marketing Automation Traffic Manager to support management of Workfront requests; review requests coming in for the MA team, communicate with business to gather missing items from requests and/or reset expectations on SLAs if request falls outside of scope the team can handle, assign tasks appropriately.

Mandatory Skills required:

- 4+ Years in Marketing Automation tool like - Sales force Marketing cloud, Paradot, Hubspot, Marketo tools (Anyone tool knowledge)

- Any Project Management Tool Exp (JIRA, Workfront, Asana, Zoho)

- Project Coordination/Management exp.

- Assigning task to Email Marketing Team

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Must have handled for Email Marketing team

The successful candidate will.-

- Assist in the management of marketing automation project intake: including multiple division's journey/nurture programs, triggered/drip email programs, targeted emails/invitations, lead generation programs, as well as our customer acquisition and retention efforts

- Advise and guide divisional marketing requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results, especially as it pertains to submitting their project

- Serve as Subject Matter expert on marketing automation best practices including database management, targeting/segmenting, email deliverability, campaign automation/flow and data integrity

- Build and maintain marketing automation request forms and ensure smooth hand-off between divisional project requester and marketing automation team

- Troubleshoot any issues pertaining to marketing automation request, communicating with both the requester and marketing automation team to identify resolution and path forward to project completion

- Serve as quality assurance to ensure brand compliance across email and landing page assets as well as campaign/journey management

- Follow marketing automation processes including workflow documentation and QA testing to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error

- Meet or exceed internal SLAs and seamlessly coordinate across time-zones as needed
