Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager
- Must have done hiring for research, thought leadership & analytics skill
- Must have managed Matrix
- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained
- Manage recruitment process
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
- Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:
- Create job descriptions
- Source candidates for research/analytics
- Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
- Create/place/update job postings
- Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.
- Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
- Resolve open issues - employee referrals
- Must have done stake holding and must have excellent communications skills
Salary - 8-12 LPA
