Duties and Responsibilities :
- Vendor identification and development for infrastructure function.
- Develop and implement system of vendor performance evaluation and carry out same on regular basis
- Invoice verification
- Timely generation/ renewal of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase order, Service agreements for the function.
- Identification & Coordination with vendors, stakeholders across functions to drive deliverables.
- Review deliverables and maintain records for respective projects and other works associated with infrastructure functions.
- Release LOIs, Work Orders and drive vendors/stakeholders across deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for minimum downtime across deliverables.
- Generate Reconciliation statements at the end of projects with closure of contracts.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed and important.
- Record and update internal and external documentation as required and maintain records.
- Plan, design and perform standardised procedures and templates in coordination with infrastructure functions for monitoring and tracking the progression of planning, design and construction & closure phases.
People Management :
- Day to day coordination with cross function stakeholder and external parties to ensure zero delays in expected timelines.
