Position : Assistant Manager - Treasury & Corporate Finance - NBFC

Qualification : MBA (Finance) / PGDFM/ CA (Inter/Final)

Experience : 5 - 8 years

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Candidate should have sufficient experience in mobilizing Funds from Banks & Financial Institutions for meeting all types of Finance requirements of the Company from time to time.

- Should be well versed in raising funds for Asset Secularization, Term Loans (both short term and long term), Working Capital Limits, NCD's etc.

- Will be in charge of handling Credit and Risk Management for financing of used Commercial vehicles.

- To prepare annual budget, cash flow, fund flow, etc and to monitor Company's performance vis-a-vis Targets on monthly /quarterly basis.

- Candidate should have a good command over all the accounting rules & standards and be up to date with the current Taxation Laws and Companies Act.

- Candidate should have knowledge of Vat, Service Tax, TDS, preparation of monthly accounts up to finalization of annual Balance sheet along with returns.

- Be updated with RBI's rules and regulations governing NBFC and to ensure compliance of the Banking laws..
