- Experience in managing large/mid-sized transition across the telecom domain
- Lead and manage various transition end-to-end within the organization
- Ability to work on multiple projects/transition simultaneously
- Manage the expectation of the client and various stakeholders during transition
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Create transition/project plans, define project milestones to be executed by project teams, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet the objectives
- Strong people management skills to liaise with vendors, clients and application teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Coach, lead and manage the project team resources
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct due diligence/ discovery related activities at client site and be able to comprehend business related activities of the client and then document these in the form of a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps
- Ensure adherence to project plans, documentation requirements and project timelines
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Change management strategy and implementation
- May Provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles
- May also supervise technical and administrative staff. Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision
Education: BE (MBA) Diploma - BE Equivalent, Relevant Experience - 4-8 years
Certification - PMP/PRINCE 2
