- Together with the FSSC Transition head & operations team the candidate will be responsible for an aggressive migration of core finance processes like AR, AP, GL etc. from entities across the world into the Group's Shared Service Center in India.
- Create transition plan, ensure timelines are met, monitor the key deliverables of Transitions like SOP's, SLA etc. Ensure transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
- Work closely with internal Operations teams in FSSC, regional teams, external partners and with IT to -seamlessly achieve the objectives of the migration strategy.
- Lead and support various transition within the region seamlessly to support Transition head, support in developing the overall transition framework.
- Ensure adherence to transition and transformation project plans, documentation requirements and project timelines
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internal and external
- Facilitate negotiations of service level agreements and KPIs between teams, document and obtain signoff from relevant parties
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and complaints.
- Be a good communicator with excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.
What you bring:
B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ ICWA/CA & Project management certificate
Experience: Total 8-10 years of experience in finance shared service with 4-5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skill and Capabilities:
1) Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.
2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3) Experience in working with international colleagues & managing stakeholder.
4) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Office, Lync, Outlook).
5) Exposure to ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
