Position : AM (Transaction Tax)

Location : Mumbai

1. Required a Qualified CA

2. 2 - 4 years experience post qualification

3. Consulting background required

4. The candidate should possess hand hold experience in Transaction tax, M&A Taxation, Direct Taxation, etc.

5. The candidate should have knowledge on drafting, litigations, notices, etc.

6. The candidate should have handled team of 3-4 members.

7. The Tax Assistant Manager is responsible for providing tax advice and assistance to clients, managing and supervising staff, and assisting the Tax Manager with various projects and tasks.

8. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
