Transaction Advisory Services Assistant Manager

One of our esteemed client that provides largest professional service and it has wide range of business advisory services in addition to audit, tax and outsourcing services . The company has a great team who provides specialist advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities and the public sector.

JOB SUMMARY: -

The job post is responsible for working as a team, manages a team of consultants or advisors and provides financial due diligence, valuation, and other advisory services to clients engaged in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, or other types of transactional activities. Active involvement in client meeting, strategic planning to develop investment as a part of client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: -

1. Expand Firm brand in the market place: He/she is responsible for leading, organizes, and managing the team that conducts conducts financial due diligence on behalf of clients. And also have in depth understanding skill about Organization product promotion & marketing.

2. Financial analysis: The TAS manager should have good insight about financial analysis and adhere knowledge by different literature who can provide recommendations to clients on the financial aspects of M&A transaction & other type of transition.

3. Documentation: He/ She is accountable for all preparation 0f reports and presentation for the clients which summarize the financial aspects.

4. Client Relationship: Responsible for respond to the client quarries and refers to the manager, find the development opportunities and ensuring that the team is meeting or exceeding client expectations.

5. Managing people :

Lead the group of team; from competency requirement establishment as per business need, team building, & create the opportunity for appropriate training as per require skill of the team member. Mentoring team members, providing guidelines, feedback and support to help them to grow.

6. Market Survey: performing research to get insight of the market and learn to improvise & innovate new business opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

- Good knowledge in financial planning and investment strategies

- Advanced ability to analyses and explain market data

- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients' needs

- Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening

- Good organizational, planning and time management skills.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

- A team player, with strong leadership skills

- Professional and trustworthy.

- Report writing skills.

- Excellent IT skills, Windows based applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Ability to handle clients' information with confidentiality.

QUALIFICATION:

- Qualified Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Statistics, and Commerce or related. Has completed CPA/ACCA/CA/CFA professional qualification or equivalent

- Advanced knowledge of financial projections and working knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4 years' experience in professional financial advisory services
