Asst. Manager(Training)
- Conduct training for new/ current sales team & develop individualized training plans for underperforming sales persons.
- Identifying and assess future and current training needs in consultation with line managers mandatory training, behavioral and product training etc.
- Carry out & oversee skills analysis, training need analysis to prioritize training needs and initiatives.
- Evaluate existing training materials, determining what changes need to be made to keep these materials relevant and updated with all the company policies.
- Maintains training records as well as create and produce reports for facilitating training workshops.
- Responsible for the creation, innovation and ongoing development of training materials.
- Coordinate the execution of On the Job Training in the respective region
Requirement & Qualification:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Education, Human Resources and relevant field.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Must work well with others and thrive in a team environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word Power Point and Learning Management Systems)
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail Industry
