Assistant Training Manager - Luxury/Beauty
Profile :
- Has solid training experience in retail setup preferably in premium /luxury beauty.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 experience at managerial cadre leading mid-sized team of 2-5 junior trainers/ training executives
- Strong knowledge of retail, service skills. Knowledge on skin, makeup, beauty trends would be a definite advantage
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office program skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Open to extensive travel.
Job Role :
Content development & delivery
- Design, develop and implement learning and development programs for all employees of the format
- Assist in and adapt instructional materials to varying audiences and formats
- Produce written and/or eLearning based instructional materials
- Develops and administer training skills assessments, and course evaluations as required
- Ensured proper execution of Training practices and procedures as they relate to New Hire and beauty advisor training
- Build a strong digital learning hub, allowing employees easy access to content on SOPs, key product and service focuses
Monitoring sales outcome & L&D MIS
- Create monthly L&D MIS to keep track of team performance and staff productivity.
- Keep a tab on sales KPIs - conversions, Average order value, UPT - draw training interventions accordingly.
Team management & development
- Develop and provide coaching to the team of junior trainers
- Responsible for trainer the trainer and development of team of trainers
Collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with leading brand partners
- Partnered collaboratively with L& D teams, brand teams, Operations team to proactively identify training gaps and come up with training interventions.
- Support Talent Management initiatives (development planning, management/leadership training, individual Hi Po development)
