Position : Asst.Manager - Training (L&D)
Location : Mumbai (West) / Delhi (North) / Chennai (South) / Kolkatta (East)
Qualification : MBA from a reputed Institution. Certification in Training is an added advantage.
Preference : Male Candidates
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience. Preference to candidates from an NBFC / BFSI background.
Key Responsibilities / Functions :
- Responsible for refresher training, soft skills training, sales training, product training & process training.
- Responsible for induction & orientation for new joiners
- Prepare the training module & training calendar
- Understand business model and devise the training plan accordingly
- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs
- Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching;
conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met
- Conduct periodic training need analysis
- Ensure the training delivery is as per the quality standards.
- Conducts training programs as per the inputs shared by key stakeholders and promote interesting learning session for the employees.
- Demonstrates understanding of Employ-ability skills, teaching materials, and procedures with understanding of various teaching methods.
- Keeps abreast of learning and development best practices and introduces them to company.
Skill Set :
- Good verbal and written communication
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, power point, visio
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations
- Ability to multitask
