Job Summary:
Management of training for Hedge Fund/Mutual Fund team based on requirement from the process along with onboarding/training of new Joiners.
Job responsibilities:
Direct responsibilities will include,
- Act as an owner of the training planning and delivery.
- Ensure to maintain healthy relationship with Sr. Management and managers.
- Candidate is expected to have sound capital market product knowledge.
- Candidate will need to maintain data of training delivered for internal audit.
- Keep frequent call with process owners to understand the training requirement.
- Prepare and update the training material basis the training requirement.
- Enhance learning through innovative ideas on training delivery.
- Compliance with all internal organizational and business policies
Contributing responsibilities will include
- Keep frequent meetings with senior management and deliver as per requirement.
- Train/motivate people to comply with all internal organizational and business policies
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Fund admin business, including strong knowledge of different product types in capital market domain.
- Good operational understanding of the financial back-office process.
- Able to develop a strong working relationship with seniors.
- Good Excel and MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to adapt to continuous improvement.
- Qualification - Graduates / Post graduates (Mcom/MBA Finance)
