Education - MBA / PGDM
Experience - 5 - 7 Years
Salary Budget - Depend on Current CTC

Skills Required:
- Candidate must have excellent communication Skills.
- Must have very good interpersonal relationship skills and good attitude for Cultural Fitment and Trainer profile fitment
- Hands on experience in Training Needs Analysis and Training Evaluation, Curriculum and Training Design .Knows the basic of coaching Techniques & mentoring Techniques
- Knowledge of Latest training techniques, Instructional Methodologies with good communication, presentation,and project management skills
- Candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel
Job Responsibility :
- The position manages to develop the education & training strategy for the organisation in consultation with Sr.Manager-HR.
- Is responsible for formulating the training and coaching methods including classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops in partnership with external vendors.. Conduct induction& orientation sessions and for new hires.
- The position manages to design in partnership with external vendors & management institutions individual and management development program for capability development and succession planning.
- Reviews training content and effectiveness of trainers in consultation with line managers.
- The position manages to design training calendar within approved budget, develop training materials, manuals and documentation in line with global system & processes .Helps set up learning resource centres which support self-directed learning.
