Assistant Manager/TL - Transport MIS Operations

One of our leading Clients in Chennai is looking for Team leaders with relevant experience in Transport MIS Operations.

Job Details:

Designation: TL /AM

Experience: 7-11 years

Skill Set: Transport MIS and Billing

Shift : 24/7 Rotational

Location: Chennai

Requirements:

- Qualification - 7 + years of experience in handling / managing Transport Billing & MIS

- Responsible to ensure all applicable Company policies & procedures.

- Should understand applicable contract clauses for invoicing & billing.

- He / She will be Key stakeholder for the MIS & Billing

- He / She should have capable to interact with Sourcing & Finance team to resolve the queries.

- Manage a team of 4-5 team members / Contractors,

- Work hours - Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- MIS & Billing In charge need to manage for all trips sheet entries as per the timelines without any error.

- Validation of duty slips and data entry in the software

- Generation of reports and reconciliation of bills from vendors

- MIS & Billing - Fortnightly / monthly billing/Invoice Validation.
