Assistant Manager - Tech

- Handling the team of the dedicated resources in provide cutting edge services to the Global clients.

- Handling the F&A clients in terms of third-party apps queries.

- Providing the basic trouble shooting of the apps.

- Understanding the client's requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate this.

- Follow the standard process and best practices.

-Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification

- Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff
