About our Client - Our client is a leading scientific communications company with global operations. With operations across 80+ countries our client is looking for talented tax professionals to join their India business.

Job Description - As a Assistant Manager - Taxation you will be reporting into the Vice President Finance. You will be responsible for :

- Overall tax and legal aspects of CACTUS.

- Managing the entire portfolio of Corporate Laws and Taxation, which includes Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, ROC matters, and other laws as applicable to the Company.

- Ensuring timely compliance of various statutory payments and returns.

- Providing advise on matters related to International taxation including transfer pricing regulations and ensuring proper compliance for CACTUS.

- Interacting with consultants and law firms for review and legal advice on relevant Company agreements & contracts.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant with will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 - 4 years post qualification experience in taxation. LLB/ CS preferred. Experience on litigation is an added advantage.
