About the Job:

- We are looking for an HR Manager with expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Policy Management, and Learning & Development.

- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, career development, and organizational effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Talent Management: Develop and oversee talent acquisition, retention, and career development strategies.

- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation frameworks, facilitate goal-setting, and integrate performance management with other HR processes.

- Policy Management: Review and update company policies in alignment with organizational changes.

- Learning & Development: Design and execute training programs, assess development needs, and track learning effectiveness.

- Data-Driven HR Decisions: Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights.

- HR Strategy Alignment: Support HR leaders in aligning analytics initiatives with broader HR and business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in HR functions.

- Strong people management skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and data visualization tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders and leadership effectively
