Desired relevant experience: 4-7 years
Desired education qualification: MBA in Human Resources from tier I/Tier 2 college
Primary responsibilities:
- Good experience of working in both HR operations and HR strategy / organisation development / CoE projects
- Own the design and program management of the employee recognition framework (monetary and non-monetary) across employee lifecycle including onboarding, work anniversary, long service and special occasions
- Evaluate and implement recognition of high performing individuals and teams as per the designed framework
- Lead the implementation of felicitation programs and ensure adherence across locations as per calendar
- Liaise with Technology team to digitalise and automate various recognition interventions such as award nomination process and guidelines, awards dashboard and wall of fame
- Liaise with internal communication team to drive the promotion campaign highlighting the Firm's culture and ensure adherence to the calendar
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to promote a culture of celebration and appreciation at the Firm
- Collaborate with HRBP and admin teams for a standardised and seamless execution of in-office events
- Track and monitor the rewards and recognition budget expenses
- Strong in execution of the projects responsible
- Conduct thorough research on best practices and interventions
- Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans
- Track and report progress
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Vendor management
