Job Description :

Responsible for managing e2e recruitment process for specified SL/BU and deliver to the hiring needs of the business as per SLA and Cost. Partner with business to resolve recruitment challenges.

Responsibilities :

- Liaison with SL leads and ensures proper stakeholder engagement. Build strong relationships & equity.

- Good understanding of domain/functional skills relevant to the business.

- Deliver the hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with focus on agreed source mix.

- Participate in Projects & Strategic initiatives at a team/function level.

- Mentor and coach junior team members and support them achieve their targets.

Practice Management:

- Active stakeholder management

- Communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries.

- Candidate management - Net Promoter Score

- Act as the go-to contact for SL leads and ensure proper stakeholder engagement. Exhibits strong relationships & equity skills.

- Act as an advisor to stakeholders and have high domain/functional skills relevant to the business.

- Strong market acumen & comparator knowledge.

- Constantly drive to the recruitment/HR/Risk as per defined process adherence with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing with almost no defects.

- Impart training and identify developmental needs for up skilling the team members.

- Effectively manage projects with high impacts

Practice Management :

- Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain high degree of rapport with them.

- Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries.

- Ensure program level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met.

- Ensure self and junior team members contribute to the capability and to the recruitment level work stream and initiatives.
