Reporting into - Manager / Senior HR  Team size : 2-3 REs  Location : Kolkata  Responsibilities :  - Will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle for complete IT / Technical hiring for a Big 4  - Will be responsible for managing a team of 2- 3 team members  - Will be responsible for vendor management (end to end).  - Will be responsible to complete stake holder management (both internal and external)  What we are looking for :  - Should be very strong on people management  - Should have handled the team min 2 members (atleast 2 - 4 years)  - Should be very strong on database management  - Should be from Technical recruitment background  - Strong presentation skills  Educational Qualifications :  - Graduate in any stream / MBA in HR preferable  Experience : 5- 8 relevant years   Would Prefer a female candidate for this role.
