AM - Talent Acquisition (Tax Domain)

Responsible for managing the e2e recruitment process for specified SL/BU and delivering to the business's hiring needs as per SLA and Cost. Partner with business to resolve recruitment challenges with appropriate use of MI and data/MIS

- Liaison with SL leads and ensure proper stakeholder engagement. Build strong relationships & Equity

- Good understanding of domain/functional skills relevant to the business.

- Deliver on the hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with a focus on the agreed source mix

- Participate in Projects & Strategic initiatives at a team/function level

- Mentor and coach junior team members and support them in achieving their targets

- Active stakeholder management

- Communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries

- Candidate management - Net Promoter Score

- Finance Domain Recruitment (CAs, Tax, Audit)

- Excellent Communication
