Role : One Down to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Client: Global Shared Services for an FMCG organisations
Key Focus Areas for the role
- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line : Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding
- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
Skillsets we are looking for :
- 7-10 years of experience in recruitment with focus on mid to senior level hiring
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end
- Should have exposure to hiring in Financial & Accounting & Consumer Insights domain
- Excellent stakeholder management is a MUST HAVE
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to join immediately or within 30 days-
