Desired Candidate Profile:
- 9 to 15 yrs of core Talent Acquisition experience; from the Facility Management industry
- Experience in handling mid to senior level roles - Technical and Soft services roles for the sites as well as back-office.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Negotiating skills; problem solving skills
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process
- Must be extremely process driven
- Extensive knowledge of Recruitment ERPs
- Good understanding of the Employer Branding strategies
- Hands on experience of candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Adept with online job hunting websites, social networking like linkedin
- Team player
- Must have strong people, client, and time management skills
- Any Bachelors and Masters Degree
