- Implement cost-effective recruiting methods while adhering to budgetary constraints and salary guidelines.

- Keep track of recruitment metrics and data to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Coordinate and conduct orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.

- Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and address any concerns they may have.

Talent Management-

- Analyze market trends to ensure the organization offers competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

- Monitor and support the performance appraisal process to ensure timely and meaningful feedback to employees.

- Identify key talent within the organization and develop strategies to nurture and retain them.

Talent Engagement-

- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.

- Implement strategies to retain top talent, such as career development opportunities and recognition programs.
