Job description:
- Manage end to end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn , Naukri and other professional networks.
- Conduct Interviews, prepare compensation offers and negotiate with candidates.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Manage ATS records for all new hires. Conduct hiring process through RCM- SuccessFactors.
- Handle onboarding of new associates and ensure all joining compliances.
- Maintain records for all new joiners.
