Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment):
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc-
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
L&D and Employee Engagement:
- TNI/ Trng. Calendar/ Training coordination and execution/ Pre and post test Trng. evaluation/ Training effectiveness / LDP and other time to time trng. Coordination / eLearning module creation coordination and ensuring usage and evaluating effectiveness.
- Skill Metrics Execution
- Follow ups of objective setting and quarterly feedbacks
- Coordinating PMS
- Induction and Orientation to new entrants
- Handling Employee Engagement Initiatives for RMPL
- Coordinating HR review meetings for RMPL, and follow up to ensure discussed points are adhered as per time line.
- Campus recruitment support
- Coordinating Brand building initiatives
- Coordinating Coffee with CEO sessions
- Coordinating Town Hall Meetings
- Coordinating and supporting other initiatives like Succession Planning, Key Talent Mapping and Competency Mapping exercise.
- Internal ISO documentation and coordination
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills, analytical orientations backed by conceptualization and Problem solving skills
- Should be able to build convergence though relationship Management and influencing skills
Male candidate based out of Delhi is preferred since the position requires remote site visits and interactions
- Specific Experience required - Predominantly handled Talent acquisition in the Seismic industry and also a fair knowledge of generalist activities.
- Looking for experience with companies in the seismic industry like Alpha Geo, Asian Oilfield, Quippo Oil & Gas, PT Quest Geophysical Asia etc...
