Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description (Indicative only) :
- CVs Sourcing Through(Job Portals, Head Hunting, references, database, walking Mass Mail, Job Posting, Social site) for Domestic & International requirement.
- Sending the formatted CVs to concerned Department Head for the review and approval.
- Conducting Preliminary interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
- Arranging technical interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the Hiring Managers.
- Follow up with the Hiring Manager for the feedback.
- Follow up to the selected candidates for further process in collecting salary details for negotiation, acceptance on offer letter, finalizing the date of joining with candidates.
- Assisting the candidates for completing medical.
- Coordination with the Facility & Administration department for arrangement of logistics and accommodation, if required for the candidates visiting the Office premise for interview.
- Maintaining MIS Report for the recruitment.
- Candidates having previous experience in sourcing candidates from Heavy Earthmoving Manufacturing companies and Mining industries would be preferable.
