Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization maintains a strong workforce of skilled and motivated individuals.

- You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates who align with the company culture and possess the expertise necessary to contribute to the continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.

- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments of applicants' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.

- Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining clear communication and professionalism.

- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a strong presence in the manufacturing industry.

- Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process.

- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in HR with 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a manufacturing industry is a must.

2. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing candidates at various levels.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. High level of professionalism and integrity.
