- Implement talent acquisition strategy for mandates in India
- Source talent in line with business requirements and ensure high profile conversion
- Tightly manage stakeholders and recruitment process to provide closures within 3business weeks of receiving a new requisition
- Provide closures within the specified budget
- Maintain accurate data of own position and actively contribute in organizational processes (i.e. management reporting, campus hiring etc.)
- Actively participate in any other HR ad-hoc task
- If selected for Assistant Manager profile, people management responsibilities will be part of the role
Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in managing global recruitment with expertise in recruiting for India region
- Exceptional ability in conducting deep web searches (Boolean, x-ray)
- Proficiency in using India & APAC specific sourcing tools and social media
- Extensive experience in head-hunting and tapping passive candidates (maintaining relationship, analysing social network activity etc.)
- Experience in KPO / Consulting will be an added advantage
