KRA's :

- Using data analysis/analytic to provide inputs for streamlining the recruitment processes.

- Owner of Recruitment Operations Programs, Policies and Procedures at Global Level.

- The person would be a part of the Global Recruitment Operations team and would be involved in driving various key projects generated from Corporate

- Would be driving key communications and change management efforts for all programs, policies and procedures to ensure adoption and compliance by all customer groups across regions.

- Validate alternate source of hiring and networking.

- Owner of policy compliance by all stake holders.

- Analyse & Validate various tools and technologies in the space of Talent Acquisition.

- Gathering information about recent trends in technology hiring and enabling the end users to effectively utilize the new tools and technologies

- MIS Creation, Report Generation & Preparing Dashboards at a global level.
