- Should play talent advisor role, capable of proactive Thinking and Influencing as per the data driven decisions

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

- Well versed with sourcing techniques (Linkedin, Naukri, Career site)

- Proven work experience in presentations, reports building, Dashboards and MIS for the stakeholders

- Go-getter, Good at problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills

- Should be able to mentor and guide the team as and when needed
