- Manager 2-3 recruiters and responsible for their meeting numbers at entry level

- Responsible for the hiring demands for AM and above (uptil Sr, Mgrs, AVPs )

- Responsible for giving solutions to the Business

- Interact with the business, understanding their challenges

- Market Mapping

- Suggesting business on Salary Benchmarking

- Understand Bulk hiring

- Open to all the channel of recruitments (vendor, referrals ....also open to direct calling for the niche roles at mid/senior level)

- Non - IT hiring
