- To Manage all recruitment activities.
- Prepare offer packages and accompanying the induction process of new employees.
- To Serve as first point of contact to all employees recently hired.
- To Focus on key recruitment of pre -opening , travel to the respective locations and provide support.
- Keep a track of all recruitment activities going in India.
- Maintaining MIS/ Trackers
- Working on approved position/ JD from line function.
- Selection process of candidates for whole India through Employee referral / IJP / Search functions.
- TAT for hiring needs to be maintained as per KPI
- TAT 30 Days for Normal position, Regional & Unit Head-
- TAT 60 Days & Top management- 90 Days.
