1. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Non IT Hiring,Vendor Management,Niche Hiring,Senior Level Hiring,Leadership Hiring.

2. The candidate should have hands on experience in head hunting as well apart from using portals, possess excellent comm skills and is willing for an Individual Contributor role.

3. This role is responsible to attract and select the best-in-class talent (Non-Tech & Leadership roles) from our target industry segments.

4. Build the company's professional network through relationships with relevant colleges for effective campus hiring.

5. Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

6. Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.

7. Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).

8. Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding. Supervise the recruiting team and monitor its progress towards its objectives.

9. Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters.

10. Taking initiatives in organising recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements while keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

11. Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process.

12. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

13. Recommend ways to improve our employer brand and employee referrals.

14. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

15. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

16. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub).

Shift Timing :

Day Shift : 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Week Off :

6 Days working with Sunday fixed off & alternate Saturday's off
