- Minimum 6-10 years
- Should have "Shared Services" background.
- Managing End to End front line BPO Recruitment.
- Manage a "team of recruiters" ensuring achievement of team target.
- Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile from the resumes sourced through various sources.
- Conducting interviews, liasoning with business and getting the appropriate feedback on the candidate interviewed.
- Work with vendors on permanent/contract staffing.
- Rolling out the offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain excellent interviews to offers ratio. Coordination and Follow-ups on offers
- Briefing the candidates and setting their expectations correct about the profile, company and its policies.
- Timely submission of the required documents, preparing the database for the same.
