- Create decision support tools and dashboards for consumption of business leaders and managers
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Collect, analyze and interpret large data sets to drive HR-related insights and recommendations
- Responsible for providing consistent, high quality, accurate reporting, and auditing in support of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Responsible for improvement of overall global data quality in the Talent Acquisition system. Tableau Support
- Configure and maintain Tableau Server Software Layer.
- Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues
- Carry out performance tuning of tableau server environment (clustering, load balancing)
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and get work done.
Audit
- Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk and adopting risk-based audit approaches.
2. Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
3. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures of the Company.
4. Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit assignments
